Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a manual form of treatment in which the natural self-healing mechanisms in the body are activated with the help of soft, gentle touches. Developed from osteopathy, CST is based on working with the craniosacral rhythm which is reflected in the fine pulsation of the cerebrospinal fluid.
